Nick Aldis is a professional wrestler, actor, magazine columnist and gladiator. After starting his professional wrestling career at 18 in his home county of Norfolk, England, his first major rise to public recognition came as 'Oblivion', the trash-talking star of 'Gladiators' on Sky 1. His reputation for athleticism and charsima caught the eye of TNA Wrestling, and in September 2008, he signed with the organisation and now appears weekly on their shows 'Impact Wrestling' and 'Xplosion', which air on Spike TV in the US as well as Challenge in the UK and in 120 countries worldwide, which made Nick the star of multiple television shows at just 21 years of age.
In April 2009, Nick formed 'The British Invasion' with fellow Brit Doug Williams, and in October 2009, the duo captured the World Tag Team Championships in Orange County, California on pay-per-view. Nick's TNA career takes him all over the world, making him an example to all young British Wrestlers.
Nick has a very popular monthly column entitled 'Total Nonstop Aldis' in FSM - the UK's no.1 pro wrestling and mma monthly magazine.
Nick's first acting role came as 'The Judge' in The Thunderdome Games, a no-nonsense leader of a rebel motorcycle gang. Last year, he appeared in Pantomime as 'Igor' in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves at Norwich Theatre Royal.
